I believe yoga is a path to freedom — freedom from tension, stress, and old patterns. My teaching is accessible, therapeutic, healing, and rooted in compassion. My offerings are designed to meet you where you are, so you can move with ease, feel better in your body and calmer in your mind, in order to live with more clarity and peace.

Gentle Flow

9:30 - 10:30 at Shine Yoga in Winchester, VA

Ease into the week with a combination of gentle accessible movements and intentional stillness designed to release tension, increase flexibility, and restore balance. Each class includes the option to stay after class for 10 minutes of silent meditation.

Wednesdays

Hot Vinyasa Flow

9:30 - 10:30 at Shine Yoga in Winchester, VA

Step into a warm, and energetic space where breath meets movement. Open to all levels and abilities, at 85 - 90 degrees, you’ll move, breathe, and pause with intention to awaken your energy. Come to leave feeling strong, centered, and vibrantly alive.
